Refund and shipping policy
All prices are in NZD and inclusive of GST
We are happy to exchange any item purchased with the exception of sale items. We do not offer refunds. Exchange T&C’s;
Exchanges must be requested by email (not through Social Media) within 7 days of item received
Goods must be sent back with tracking and the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer
Items must be returned unworn. Suma Suma reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the grounds that an item is not fit for resale
No refunds will be issued unless a manufacturing fault is identified and in this instance a bank transfer will take place
Suma Suma will take no responsibility for items lost in the post
Goods will be shipped and tracked within 3 working days of the completion of your order. Once item is sent we can no longer accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Standard NZ shipping is priced up when you checkout – please contact us in advance with any overseas requests.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we put a lot of love into selecting our styles – we do strongly advise that you check the listed measurements before buying and emphasise that ‘One size fits most’ does not mean that one size will suit most, we all have unique shapes! Please do not hesitate to ask for style advice – we love to make you feel good in what you are wearing.
