Where does Suma Suma clothing come from?

Most of our range is designed in NZ by owner Jo but created ethically in Indonesia where fabrics are died and cut to specification. This process takes a few months. We support local families and artisans that handmake the items - no large 'factories' are used. Some items are picked with love from Indonesian and Thai whiolesalers.

Does 'One Size' fit all?

We have taken care to measure the items for sale online and while an item can be stated at 'One size fits mosts' we strongly suggest that you check the measurements listed to ensure it will be good for your body shape - we are all unique and we love that!

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! You can find our flagship store in Paihia in the beautiful Bay of Islands. We often have seasonal 'pop-up' stores too so be sure to keep an eye on Facebook for details!

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

We are currently working on this and will update as soon as possible. Physical vouchers can be purchased in store and are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

How do I care for my items?

Most of our styles are created in Rayon, Cotton and Rami - we recommend a cold wash to maintain the quality of your items and a hand wash for tie-dyed fabrics.
